To request leave, follow these steps:

  1. Click the 'Take a Leave' button in the Actions box at the top right of your screen. A blank leave request form will appear.
  2. Select the type of leave and your desired dates. Then, click 'Send Leave Request' to inform your manager or HR department.
  3. You'll receive an email notification once your leave is approved or rejected.
  4. Please note that if you don't have any assigned leave or balance, the 'Take a Leave' button won't be visible. In such cases, please inform the HR manager.
Note - This is for the HR record, but you are strongly encouraged to let your program members, including coordinators, know about any prior plans for team meetings and cross-program collaboration.
